Christmas came early: My first Malifaux figures

As promised, I want to update you on my next project, the Malifaux figures. After waiting for the backorders to get in, my models have finally arrived.

Neverborn minis

• Malifaux Cherub
• Doppelganger
• Baby Kade
• Daydreams

Can't wait to get started on these :-)

Teddy is already a WIP, but I'm still waiting for the Iron Halo Base inserts to arrive - two and a half weeks since they shipped and I still haven't heard a thing. The were sent from New Zealand, but still - when is the time one should get worried?

Christmas came early: My new compressor - The Euro-Tec 60A

Hey all!

After using my first compressor for a while now, I decided it would be time to upgrade, as the old one got a bit long in the tooth. I checked around and found a fantastic airbrush retailer, Air-Craft.net, which had top of the line products and sold them for much less than they were here in Germany. The customer service should be mentioned too, as it was top-notch, and all my questions where answered in a quick and friendly manner. Full marks across the board!

As my new compressor, I chose the Euro-Tec 60A from Harder & Steenbeck.

It's a beast!

Hey you guys,

in this series of articles I'd like to show off all the shiny new toys I'm ordering for my hobby. I recently received all the necessary credit points for starting my master thesis and as a reward for myself I placed a few orders with a few different online stores - which wasn't without hiccups, if you remember my post from a few days ago. I'm still waiting for one of the orders, but the one from Wayland Games arrived two days ago.

And it was big :-)

I just rescued my new Paasche Talon 3G airbrush from the cold and dark German customs place and wanted to give you my first impressions on it. The brush comes in a nice set, including 3 different sizes of nozzles and needles and aircaps, an air hose, a flat spray aircap and an airbrush holder, which can be installed onto your desk.
